What happens

1. Call us. Tell us who is asking for the evaluation. Some courts and agencies have specific requirements, so we confirm we can meet them before you pay.
2. Pay by Zelle ($250) or by card online ($258).
3. Your evaluation — a confidential interview about your substance use, health and history, plus a standardized screening.
4. Your written evaluation with recommendations that are specific to you, not one-size-fits-all. With your written consent, we send it wherever it needs to go.
