We will tell you exactly what is required of you and nothing that is not. Our evaluations are conducted by specially trained clinicians who make fair, individual recommendations rather than blanket ones, because a recommendation you do not need costs you time and money you cannot spare.
We also understand what is at stake for employers, and that keeping our roads safe and getting good drivers back to work are not opposing goals.
The one thing that makes this harder is waiting. Since November 2024 an unresolved violation puts your licence itself at risk, so the sooner you start, the sooner it is behind you.

SAP Evaluations
A thorough face-to-face evaluation, generally completed in about two hours, by a qualified DOT Substance Abuse Professional.
Clearinghouse Reporting
We report initial assessment and return-to-duty eligibility dates to the FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse, as required.
Return to Duty
Follow-up evaluation, education or treatment referrals, and a written follow-up testing regimen so drivers can return to safety-sensitive duty.
Employer Support
